Many men spend their lives trying to figure things out alone. We learn to handle responsibilities, provide for our families, and keep moving forward. But we don't always learn how to talk about what we're feeling or communicate with the people closest to us. I'm Raymond Miles, a Licensed Social Worker. I work with men navigating relationships, life transitions, stress, and identity. If you're struggling to communicate at work or home, or figuring out what it means to be a husband, father, or friend, I'd like to help you work through it. I believe our mistakes are part of our story, but they don't have to define who we become. Sometimes the challenge isn't knowing what needs to change. It's understanding why we keep doing what we've always done. You don't have to become someone else to become a better version of yourself.
