I'm passionate about supporting people across their entire lifespan—from young children through adults—with a collaborative, person-centered approach that honors each person as the expert of their own life. Drawing on my background as an NCAA Division I athlete and coach, I bring unique insight into performance anxiety, sports psychology, and the mental health challenges athletes face. I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, work stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and strength-based, solution-focused approaches—tailored to what works best for you. I'm committed to being your advocate while involving family members and other providers you trust to create a well-rounded support system. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Let's work together to help you build resilience and move forward.
