My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and meeting each person where they are, without judgment. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and strength-based, integrating humanistic and solution-focused perspectives with evidence-based practices, including CBT, ACT, DBT interventions, narrative therapy, and behavioral techniques. I am also trained in Brainspotting. I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to deepen self-understanding, build on existing strengths, and create a life more aligned with your values and authentic self. Together, we identify meaningful goals, explore patterns, and develop practical strategies for change. I value your feedback and view therapy as a collaborative process that honors your autonomy and recognizes you as the expert on your own experience. Whether navigating a difficult season, processing past experiences, or seeking deeper connection in your relationships, my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and able to move forward in ways that feel meaningful to you. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
