Introduction

I believe therapy works best when there's genuine connection and a little humor along the way. I consider myself non-traditional and HUMAN. I am not a blank slate therapist. At times, I feel, laugh, get emotional, and empathize openly with my clients. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma and more. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with attachment theory, helping you understand not just what you're feeling, but why—and what to do about it. I'm drawn to collaborative, exploratory work where we figure things out together rather than me telling you what to think. Whether you're working through a specific challenge, processing past experiences, or simply wanting support during a difficult season, I'm here to meet you where you are. I offer individual therapy, classes, and coaching through both telehealth and in-person sessions. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the chance to work with you.
