I combine evidence-based methods—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, acceptance and mindfulness approaches, and psychodynamic principles—to help you identify patterns, explore solutions, gain insights, and develop coping skills. Our first will focus on getting to know each other and exploring your goals.
