I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency, forensic, inpatient, and community-based psychiatric care. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I will work with you to develop an evidence-based plan that considers your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being Throughout my career and advanced practice training, I have had the privilege of caring for people across the lifespan and from many different backgrounds, including individuals navigating trauma, severe mental illness, substance use, homelessness, interpersonal violence, and complex medical and psychosocial challenges. I recognize that your symptoms are only one part of your story. Your experiences, relationships, physical health, environment, values, culture, and personal beliefs all influence your identity and wellbeing. Together, we will explore what you are experiencing and what you hope to gain from treatment. I am deeply committed to expanding access to quality mental health and substance use care and reducing the stigma that can prevent people from seeking help. Whether you are reaching out for the first time, returning to treatment, or have felt misunderstood in the past, my goal is to meet you where you are with compassion and respect.
