Introduction

You’ve learned how to hold it all together. From the outside, you might look like you have everything in place but inside, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from always showing up for everyone else. Maybe you’ve spent years pushing your feelings down, keeping the peace, or taking responsibility for things that were never fully yours. And now, your body is telling you something needs to change. I work with hard-working women who are ready reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way. Together, we'll slow down the present, process the past, and find your power in the future. My approach blends insight and action. I use a combination of evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and Psychodynamic Therapy. This allows us to work both “top-down” (thoughts, patterns, insight) and “bottom-up” (nervous system, emotional processing), so healing happens on multiple levels for lasting change. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and approachable. I believe therapy should feel human, meaningful, and supportive. If you’re ready to create space for yourself and start feeling more like you again, I’d love to connect. Reach out to schedule a free consultation so we can talk through what you’re looking for and see if this feels like the right fit.
