Introduction

Welcome! My name is Rebecca and my approach to therapy is client-centered and compassionate. I provide a warm and welcoming environment that will allow you to feel seen and understood. I help people who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic illness, and infertility. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches. Treatment is personalized to match your specific concerns and goals. Together, we can uncover patterns that developed when you were very young and may now be holding you back. We can also work on practical coping skills to help make your daily life easier and more fulfilling. I have a special interest in complex health issues like chronic illness and infertility. Having experienced these challenges personally, I have a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological toll they can take. When problems are invisible and misunderstood by others, they can be all the more painful and isolating. But you are not alone. Your concerns are real. And you can still find contentment and joy, even if life looks different than you planned. Therapy sessions are your time. I am here to listen and support you in a non-judgmental environment while also helping you make changes, one step at a time.
