Hey, I’m so glad you’re here! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re driven and expected to hold it all together. I work with holistic-minded adults, including entrepreneurs, professionals, athletes, neurodivergent individuals, transgendered individuals, and those with chronic illness or invisible disabilities, exploring identity, creativity, or burnout. I’m very laid back; come as you are. Curse, wear pajamas, lay in bed, be human. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, just show up. Only rule: please don’t drive during sessions or do anything that could harm yourself or others.
