Introduction

I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP). I specialize in complex trauma, CPTSD, BPD, and substance use, and I work with adults who are dealing with patterns that keep showing up no matter how much insight they already have. My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Depending on what fits you, our work may include EMDR, DBT, IFS-informed work, body-based approaches, and sound healing. I don’t believe every person needs the same kind of therapy, so I tailor the work to the person in front of me. A lot of my clients already understand themselves pretty well. They may know where their patterns came from and what they “should” do differently, but their nervous system, emotions, relationships, or coping behaviors still feel stuck in the same loop. Therapy with me is direct, curious, and collaborative. We look at what’s underneath the reactions, shutdowns, relationship patterns, or substance use that keep repeating, and we work from there. You don’t have to show up with everything figured out. We can start with what’s happening now and make sense of it together.
