Introduction

I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider - but more importantly, I’m someone who believes in the power of healing, connection, and finding your way back to yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level change - it’s about getting to the root of what’s keeping you stuck. Whether you're carrying the weight of trauma, navigating addiction, or feeling like life has lost its direction, I offer a space where you can be real, where your struggles are met with both compassion and honesty. My approach is deeply rooted in evidence-based practices like EMDR, DBT, and IFS, and I now offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Journey Clinical as an option for clients who feel like traditional talk therapy hasn’t been enough. KAP allows us to access deeper layers of healing by creating space for emotional insight, nervous system shifts, and breakthroughs that may not always be reachable through words alone. For clients navigating complex trauma, dissociation, or chronic stuckness, this work can be a powerful catalyst for change. I know what it means to feel unseen, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by life’s challenges. That’s why I do this work - not just as a clinician, but as a fellow human who believes in the possibility of transformation. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about coming home to yourself.
