Introduction

Hi, I’m Dr. Rebecca Crossley, a licensed psychologist and the founder of The Healing Corner. I created this practice to offer a warm, welcoming space where people can feel comfortable being themselves and talking about the things that matter most to them. People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, down, stuck, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Maybe you’re struggling in your relationships, having a hard time with food or your body, trying to make sense of past experiences, or adjusting to a major change in your life. Or maybe things just don’t feel quite right, and you’re not sure why yet. You don’t need to have a diagnosis—or even know exactly what you want to work on—to start therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based care. I’ll take the time to understand you and what’s important to you, and we’ll work together to figure out what would be most helpful. Whether you know exactly what brings you to therapy or you’re still figuring it out, we can start there.
