I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Professional Counselor and native Idahoan, and I help adults (18+) find their way back to themselves. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be. Often, this comes from anxiety, trauma, or experiences that have shaped how the nervous system responds to stress and relationships. In our work together, I take a whole-person approach—mind, body, and emotional experience. I don’t believe healing happens through insight alone; it often involves working with what the body is holding as well. I integrate Brainspotting, Somatic Awareness, and evidence-based talk therapy to help process stored emotional experiences and support nervous system regulation. This allows space for greater clarity, stability, and emotional freedom. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate space where you can do meaningful work at a pace that feels safe and grounded, so you can reconnect with your own resilience and direction.
