Introduction

As a clinical therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and Certified Sex Informed Professional (CSIP), Certified Somatic Parts Work Practitioner and a Certified Integrative Health and Functional Medicine Coach, I am committed to the care of my clients. I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS (Parts Work) and Polyvagal Theory. My approach is tailored to fit each clients unique needs. The clients I work with are often times struggling in today's world due to painful experiences in their past. Just one painful experience can change your life in an instant, and most of us (I know I have) have had more than one painful experience in their lives. Client's may feel alone, stuck in survival mode, often dysregulated and unsure as to why and aren't sure what to do with themselves but know they need relief. Client's need someone who understands and can help put the pieces of their lives back together.....That's where I come in!
