Hello and welcome! I’m a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate the challenges of being human. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, and I bring a warm, non-judgmental presence to my work with clients. I deeply value openness, acceptance, and the healing power of compassionate awareness. While mindfulness is the foundation of my work, I draw upon a range of therapeutic modalities—including CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches—to meet each client where they are. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, OCD (using mindfulness-based exposure rather than traditional ERP), and non-suicidal self-harm. I also have extensive experience working with clients from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds.
