My goal is to help you better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building coping skills that create meaningful, lasting change outside of sessions. I value meeting you where they are (your world view) and moving at a pace that feels comfortable. Whether someone is new to counseling or returning after time away, I focus on creating a calm, respectful environment where growth can occur naturally. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling and continue ongoing professional training to provide current, ethical, and compassionate care.
