Introduction

Welcome - I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and stress-related challenges. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and supportive — a place where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. I use an integrative approach grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques. My goal is to help you better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building coping skills that create meaningful, lasting change outside of sessions. I value meeting you where they are (your world view) and moving at a pace that feels comfortable. Whether someone is new to counseling or returning after time away, I focus on creating a calm, respectful environment where growth can occur naturally. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling and continue ongoing professional training to provide current, ethical, and compassionate care.
