Introduction

Hi, I am honored you’re here! I work with insightful, capable, and resilient individuals who nonetheless find themselves stuck in painful or repeating relational patterns. You may struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or a persistent sense of responsibility for others’ emotions. For many clients, faith played a role in their family system—sometimes as a source of comfort and meaning, and sometimes as a context in which emotional needs were overlooked, minimized, or misunderstood. As an attachment and trauma-informed family systems therapist, I work with thoughtful truth-seekers, generational cycle-breakers, and those who have long felt like the “black sheep” in their families or relationships. Together, we explore how early relationships and survival strategies shaped the ways you learned to connect, cope, and protect yourself. These adaptations were once wise and necessary; over time, however, they may begin to limit your sense of peace, authenticity, connection, or fulfillment. I specialize in trauma and incorporate body-based, depth-oriented approaches that move beyond insight alone. Meaningful change occurs when patterns are not only understood intellectually, but experienced relationally—when the nervous system learns something new and old scripts are replaced with corrective emotional experiences. My approach is relational, curious, experiential, systemic, and depth-focused. I view the therapeutic relationship itself as an agent of healing and work collaboratively, honoring you as the expert on your own lived experience. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” we explore what made sense given your history—and how those strategies can be thoughtfully updated. My path to becoming a therapist emerged from my own healing journey, following years in ministry and the business world. I integrate psychology and spirituality in a way that respects each client’s values and worldview. If you’re ready to step out of autopilot and create lasting change, I’d be honored to connect with you. I offer a free consultation to explore whether we’re a good fit!
