I am a licensed psychologist and specialize in working with individuals who are pregnant and postpartum, and those struggling with other women’s health issues. Pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, and maintaining strong relationships, while staying healthy and caring for yourself are challenging feats, especially in the face of other life stressors, past trauma, and a lack of support. In therapy, I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in their quest to move towards the life they want. I aim to help clients clarify their most important life values, and build skills to effectively move towards them, while also managing difficult emotions.
