I'm a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience. I practice from a trauma-informed, gender-affirming, anti-racist, sex-positive, and weight-inclusive perspective. As a queer person, intersectional feminist, and long-time therapy client myself, I bring authentic understanding to the complexities my clients navigate. I work with individuals working through eating disorders, complex trauma, anxiety & OCD, and neurodivergence, as well as dyads (couples, siblings, parent/child, etc). I am a relational psychodynamic therapist that draws on IFS, EFT, ERP, ACT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches, as well as somatic, existential, and feminist theory, tailoring our work to fit your needs. I know firsthand how much courage it takes to share your stories, unspeakable thoughts, and deepest fears with another person. My style is warm, curious, and practical—I'm committed to showing up as a real human so you can feel safe to do the same. I'm accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions in Brooklyn, NY.
