Introduction

I'm Rebecca Johnson, LPC, NCC, BCBC, and I provide individual psychotherapy for women navigating anxiety, late-diagnosed ADHD, life transitions, stress and burnout, identity work, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, build self-trust, and develop tools that support you outside the therapy room. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness, and somatic therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll find what works best for you and your unique goals. In addition to individual therapy, I also provide pre-surgical bariatric psychological assessments. These evaluations help individuals prepare for long-term success following bariatric surgery. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. You just need a place to start.
