Introduction

I have been supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through life’s most complex challenges for over 25 years. My clinical work is rooted in a holistic, strengths-based approach that honors each individual’s story while fostering resilience, emotional growth, and meaningful connection. I specialize in working with youth with ADHD, Anxiety, Mood disorders and OCD, as well as those have experienced trauma, grief, and significant transitions. Whether it’s a child navigating school stress, a teen struggling with identity and anxiety, or a young adult facing the pressures of independence, I tailor therapeutic strategies to meet them exactly where they are—emotionally, developmentally, and relationally. My practice integrates a wide range of evidence-based techniques to support healing and progress, including creative arts, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, attachment-focused interventions, and brain-based strategies. As a certified Brain Health Coach through Amen Clinics, I also incorporate neuro-informed tools to enhance emotional regulation, focus, and overall well-being. In addition to direct clinical work, I provide coaching and consultation for parents and caregivers—especially those raising children with ADHD and behavioral challenges. I help families build practical routines, communication strategies, and collaborative support plans that reduce stress and promote success at home, in school, and beyond. Collaboration is at the heart of my work. I believe that healing happens in connection—with caregivers, educators, medical providers, and community supports. Together, we create a network of understanding and empowerment that helps children and young adults thrive.
