Introduction

Are you feeling stuck? Frustrated with relationship issues or family conflict? Feeling disconnected with loved ones? I’m experienced in supporting teens, adults, couples and families. Imagine having someone coach you through life transitions & challenges. My focus is on helping teens overcome school-related anxiety, school refusal, selective mutism, screen time addiction, self-harm and executive functioning challenges while providing guidance to parents, via family counseling. I also work with adults who have experienced trauma, navigating ADHD, relationship challenges, substance use concerns & mood disorders, including bipolar disorder, obsession compulsive behaviors & depression. I'll create individualized plans that help you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am passionate about supporting families navigating the stresses of modern life, including digital health habits, screen-time management, and balancing academic, social, and family demands. My educational journey includes a master's degree in social work from George Mason, a master's in business administration from Harvard, & a bachelor of science from the University of California, Berkeley. You don't have to feel so overwhelmed. It would be my honor to support you & your child. Please reach out to schedule a free 15 min. consultation. Thanks.
