Hi and welcome, I’m Rebecca. I created Living in the Grey Counseling and Wellness to offer a space where growth isn’t about being perfect or having all the answers—it’s about being human. If you’re here, something probably feels off, overwhelming, or just not sustainable anymore—and you’re not alone in that. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, ADHD, and feeling stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change. Many of the people I work with are used to pushing through or holding everything together until it starts to catch up with them. Therapy with me is straightforward and collaborative. We’re not just talking—we’re figuring things out. I’ll help you understand why certain patterns keep showing up, and what to do about it. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and CBT, to help you process what you’ve been through and feel more grounded. Life isn’t black and white, and therapy shouldn’t be either. This work is about moving out of all-or-nothing thinking and into something more flexible and balanced- where things can be uncertain without feeling overwhelming.
