Are you carrying a weight that feels too heavy? Maybe life has left you exhausted, overwhelmed, or longing for something to change. You may know you want things to feel different, but taking that first step can feel difficult when you’re already using so much energy just to get through the day. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you’ve been carrying. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship and work together toward healing, greater peace, connection, and fulfillment. I approach therapy from a holistic, strength-based, and relational perspective, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in trauma, including domestic violence, sexual abuse, and spiritual abuse, as well as anxiety, depression, and grief. I draw from a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with adults and Play Therapy with children, tailoring our work to your unique needs, goals, and strengths. I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. I believe each person has an inner capacity for growth and change, even when difficult circumstances make it hard to see. You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We can start wherever you are, together, as you discover the strengths and possibilities already within you.
