Introduction

It's important to create a warm and supportive environment that encouraged personal growth and healing. By taking a person-centered approach, I am able to learn about your needs and meet you where you are in your therapeutic journey allowing us to open a new door to emotional growth, self expression, and healing. Everyone needs a safe space to be their most authentic self without judgment to grow and develop into the person you want to be; my goal is to work with you in creating a space in which you feel heard and seen as you are. Drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, I manage my approach to best support your unique needs, circumstances, and individualism. This enables us to work together in a dynamic, flexible, and effective manner that promotes lasting change. My experience includes working with teenagers and adults, as well as couples, with anxiety, depression, mood disturbances, PTSD, OCD, life challenges, trauma, grief/loss, and relationship obstacles. I have helped clients navigate various life stressors such as work and school-related stress, relationship conflicts, loss of a loved one, traumatic experiences, and fears and worries. In addition to these areas of expertise, I also have experience working with diverse populations and am sensitive to cultural, social, and individual differences. My approach to therapy emphasizes building trust, fostering open communication, and promoting self-awareness and self-compassion. By working together, we can identify your strengths, uncover new insights, and develop practical strategies to help you overcome life's challenges and embrace a happier, more fulfilling future. If you feel like this may be a good fit for your therapeutic journey, then let's get started!
