Introduction

You may appear to be managing everything on the outside—work, relationships, responsibilities—while internally feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many of the people I work with are navigating infertility or fertility treatment, healing from sexual trauma, or moving through major life transitions that feel overwhelming and isolating. Even when life looks “fine” from the outside, the emotional toll can be exhausting. Therapy offers a space to slow down, process what you’ve been through, and better understand how these experiences continue to shape the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including CBT and Attachment-Focused EMDR, and have specialized training through the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and Postpartum Support International in reproductive and perinatal mental health. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for in therapy and whether working together feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to reach out directly or schedule a time through my online calendar.
