Introduction

Throughout my career I have worked with people of varying backgrounds including working with people who have intellectual and / or developmental disorders, adults with chronic mental health concerns and / or co-occurring substance use disorders, elder adults / geriatric population, caregivers, as well as working with incarcerated males with a concentration in treating registered sex offenders. I am a Supervisee in Social Work with my Master's Degree in Social Work from Aurora University. I use a person centered, trauma informed approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy at the core of my treatment approach. With a long-standing passion in providing a holistic approach to care, I offer a comfortable virtual space where you are able to discuss life and its intricate challenges, while developing the skills needed to achieve your life (and therapy) goals.
