Introduction

At Soul Journey Therapy, I believe in the power of personal stories. My foundation is built on a commitment to support individuals of all ages, guiding them on their unique paths to strength and resilience. With a diverse background in therapy, I am ready to listen, support, and empower you. Soul Journey Therapy is a practice that was created to be a space that embodies being non-judgmental, finding clarity, and meeting yourself where you are at. The therapeutic experience provided at Soul Journey Therapy will allow you to dig deeper to the roots of your present and past concerns. My approach to counseling is a holistic integration of mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in working with all ages of individuals experiencing trauma/PTSD, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and difficult family dynamics. Your journey toward healing starts where you are right now. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and often work from client centered, narrative based, and strength based approaches. I aim to walk alongside clients in a collaborative relationship where they can find insight, balance, and growth. I believe my clients have the capacity to harness their own internal power and uncover their root causes of distress. As your therapist, I can help you tune in and face these issues.
