I help women with ADHD and other adults better understand themselves, navigate anxiety and life transitions, strengthen relationships, and overcome perfectionism and self-doubt so they can live with greater confidence, balance, and self-compassion. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have always been fascinated by the ways our experiences, relationships, and life circumstances shape how we see ourselves and interact with the world around us. I am passionate about helping people gain insight into the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change. I have a particular passion for helping women understand how ADHD impacts their emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and daily lives. Many of the women I work with have spent years wondering why things seem harder for them than for others, often blaming themselves rather than recognizing the role ADHD may be playing. Many of us reach a point where the strategies that once helped us cope no longer seem to work. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Perhaps you are navigating a major life transition, struggling in your relationships, questioning your self-worth, or feeling exhausted by the pressure to be everything to everyone. For women with ADHD, these challenges are often accompanied by years of masking, self-criticism, and wondering why everyday tasks seem harder than they should. I specialize in working with women with ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with couples who want to improve communication, deepen connection, and better understand one another. I believe that every client brings unique strengths into therapy, and together we can build upon those strengths while addressing the obstacles that may be standing in the way of a more fulfilling life. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I approach therapy with curiosity, patience, authenticity, and a sense of humor when appropriate. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual, couple, or family. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel understood, challenged, and empowered to grow. Whether you are navigating ADHD, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or a major life transition, you do not have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
