Introduction

My passion is supporting children (ages 8 and older), adolescents, college students, and young adults in navigating the ups and downs of life with less shame and suffering. I am particularly interested in helping clients with giftedness and/or ADHD to honor the parts of themselves that are creative but so often misunderstood. I also enjoy supporting young adults and adults who are navigating life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, parenting stressors, and relationship concerns. My hope is to support you and/or your child in creating a meaningful life. I integrate a variety of evidenced-based approaches with the aim to build skills, strengthen relationships, and pursue valued life experiences. I have found that an integrative approach can be helpful for many clients and families. In working with you or your child, I strive to understand and address deeper unmet needs when it comes to changing behaviors. I would love to connect with you and see if I may be a good fit for you.
