Introduction

At RMP Collective, I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. Every person brings their own story, strengths, experiences, and challenges to therapy. I provide compassionate, personalized care in a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment where you can feel seen, heard, understood, and supported. My approach is integrative, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, relational therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, perimenopause or menopause, body image concerns, emotional eating, addiction, weight-related challenges, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next, I am here to help. With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment, I bring professional expertise, warmth, and genuine compassion to the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without judgment and feel supported as you move toward greater confidence, resilience, and well-being. I proudly serve individuals across the lifespan, including adolescents, young adults, adults, parents, and those navigating midlife and beyond. Through secure telehealth, I provide accessible care throughout Massachusetts, meeting you where you are—both literally and emotionally. My Mission: To help people heal, grow, and thrive through compassionate, evidence-based therapy that honors each person's unique journey, strengths, and capacity for change. One conversation. One connection. One step at a time.
