Introduction

You’ve done everything possible to handle your pain on your own. Now you need to unburden yourself with someone you can trust: someone with life experience, insight, and empathy. If you are suffering from family/relationship issues, life cycle changes, or overwhelming emotions, I would love to partner with you on your path to growth and relief. As one of eight siblings, the mother of five grown children, a former schoolteacher, and a spouse of 40+ years, I’ve spent years nurturing interpersonal relationships both personally and professionally. I’m also passionate about helping individuals navigate difficult emotions and personal traumas. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, focusing on helping clients gain insight into the deep emotions that motivate their behavior and relationship patterns, paving the way for healing. Engaging in therapy is a journey toward self-understanding and peace. I honor your courage in taking the first step.
