Introduction

Hi. I’m Rebecca. I’ve been doing therapy for over 16 years, working primarily with Anxiety, Depression, Neurodiversity and Couples. I use EMDR (EMDRIA Certified Therapist), Gottman Method and pull from other evidence-based models including CBT, IFS and motivational interviewing. I take an active role in the therapeutic process, and do much more than active listening and reflection. I believe that client’s deserve to fully participate in and be informed about the treatment process and we consistently work together in tailoring therapy to each individual's or couple's needs.
