Introduction

You thought you knew exactly how your life would go. Now, everything feels upside down. You're not sure if you know who you are anymore, let alone what you want out of life. Whether you are navigating a faith transition, untangling obsessive thoughts, or hoping to embrace your personal identity, it's common to feel lost, confused, and broken. Therapy with me is an honest and nonjudgemental space where I will help you process the past and look towards the future, helping you to rebuild a life that is meaningful to you. I am passionate about supporting clients through life and identity changes, such as relationship changes, navigating grief, faith transitions, and more. I value working through a trauma informed lens to support you as you work to discover your personal identity. I also enjoy treating OCD, which I have specialized training in. I offer in-person sessions at our offices in Hyde Park (just minutes from Logan) and Tremonton, as well as tele-health across all of Utah. Reaching out can feel like a monumental task. When you call or email, we'll set up a low-pressure, free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions you might have and see if we'll be a good fit.
