Introduction

I provide psychotherapy to adults, couples, and minors (10 yrs old+). Whether you are struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, infertility/perinatal/postpartum challenges, or something else, I will provide a safe place for you to work through your challenges. I use a holistic approach to therapy which includes CBT, DBT, SFT, IFS, ACT, EFT, Gottman, Imago, and Attachment Models. I offer free 15 min telehealth consultations, accept most insurances, can check your out-of-network benefits for you, and will provide a cost estimate to you before we meet. During the consultation, we can discuss any questions you have about my therapy approach, billing, and intake process so you know what to expect. Hoping to make this process as easy as possible for you!
