I've spent the past 25 years working with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, grief, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and strength-based—I believe everyone has inherent skills and resilience that, when highlighted, can fuel meaningful change. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused interventions, and I'm trained in multiple trauma treatment models. Whether you're working through a difficult life chapter, managing challenging emotions or behaviors, or seeking to strengthen your sense of self, I'm here to help you identify your goals and build practical coping skills. I work with individuals and families, offering both individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth. I'm currently accepting new clients and accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and private pay. I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Colorado. We are all presented with obstacles, losses, and transitions that can overwhelm us and offer up the opportunity for insight and growth. I believe that all individuals have inherent skills and strengths that must be highlighted. I will work collaboratively with you to identify treatment goals and a therapeutic focus that will facilitate personal growth. I am certified in Progressive Counting, a trauma-resolution psychotherapy technique, through the Trauma Institute & Child Trauma Institute. Additionally, I hold a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
