We are wired for connection—but relationships with ourselves, our partners, our families, and the world around us can be complex and painful. Whether you’re a teen, young adult, or adult navigating personal struggles or relationship challenges, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—not only with others, but with your own sense of self. I work with individuals, couples, and emerging adults to explore the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and to support healing rooted in understanding, compassion, and meaningful change. In addition to specialized training in trauma counseling, I bring a strong foundation in grief work as a trained end-of-life doula. I’m especially passionate about helping people make sense of how past experiences—particularly early relational wounds—shape present relationships, and how reconnecting with your authentic self can lead to more secure, fulfilling ways of relating to others. At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful catalyst for growth. I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space, drawing from mindfulness, attachment theory, CBT, and family systems to meet you where you are—with care, curiosity, and respect. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. Let's connect for a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to supporting your journey toward healing, authenticity, and connection.
