Introduction

We are wired for connection — yet our relationships with ourselves, our families, and others can become complicated, painful, or confusing. You may be carrying grief that feels heavier than you expected, or noticing patterns in your relationships that don’t make sense even though you “know better.” Maybe you function well on the outside, but something still feels unresolved. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating loss, family dynamics, identity shifts, and life transitions. Much of my work centers on how early relational experiences and unresolved grief continue to shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. With specialized training in trauma counseling and a strong foundation in grief work — including training as an end-of-life doula — I offer a steady, collaborative space to slow things down and look closely at what isn’t working. Therapy with me is grounded and thoughtful. We explore patterns, boundaries, and attachment dynamics while working toward changes that feel sustainable in your real life. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationship. I draw from attachment-informed approaches, CBT, mindfulness, and family systems to meet you where you are — with care, clarity, and respect. If you’re ready to take a closer look at what feels stuck, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see whether working together feels like a good fit.
