I’m Rebekah Anne Wilson, LMFT. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change involves more than understanding our thoughts—it also requires learning to understand what our bodies and nervous systems are communicating. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades working in holistic health, fitness, and behavior change. Today, I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, and relationship patterns. I integrate traditional psychotherapy with somatic and nervous-system-informed approaches, including EMDR, CBT, IFS-informed work, attachment-based therapy, and Polyvagal-informed interventions. My goal is to help clients build greater self-awareness, process difficult experiences, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
