Introduction

Therapy offers the chance to learn new ways to work through emotions, trauma, identity, & any number of life's other challenges. Therapy can help you to identify what you're feeling, process trauma, change unhelpful patterns in thinking and behavior that keep you stuck, and supply you with a safe space to vent, process feelings, and develop skills to improve your quality of life. My approach is strength based, interactive, conversational, & collaborative. I believe that authenticity, respect, & a sense of humor all contribute to a strong therapeutic relationship. I specialize in treating LGBTQ+ issues, mood disorders & general mental health, life transitions, & anger management and emotional reactivity, ADHD, body dysmorphia, & trauma. I am poly/kink friendly and work with adults & families. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling, happier life & to take the first steps towards change.
