I believe people have the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change when they feel safe, supported, and understood. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, explore your experiences, and discover your strengths. My experience working with children and families has shaped my understanding of how early experiences, relationships, and attachment patterns influence how we see ourselves and connect with others. I use a collaborative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier patterns that support lasting change. You can expect empathy, encouragement, and practical tools tailored to your needs. Outside of my work, I enjoy camping and reading, which offer opportunities to recharge, explore, and appreciate new perspectives. My goal is to help you feel empowered to move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
