I bring ten years of experience working with children, teenagers, and families navigating complex mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to trauma and attachment difficulties. As a clinical social worker, I've learned that healing happens when people feel truly understood and supported through their struggles. I work with individuals and families across all ages, using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-focused interventions tailored to each person's unique needs. I'm particularly passionate about attachment-related concerns, self-esteem and relationship work, and helping people build resilience during life transitions. My practice also incorporates harm reduction principles, meeting clients where they are without judgment. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to explore what's possible, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
