As an Arab Muslim American and immigrant daughter, I bring a culturally responsive and faith-informed perspective to counseling, supporting clients in navigating mental health challenges while honoring their cultural identities, values, and beliefs. I specialize in anxiety, women's mental health, motherhood, and the experiences of marginalized communities, with particular clinical expertise in supporting survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, spiritual abuse, and religious trauma. I provide counseling in both English and Arabic via telehealth, working with individuals and couples across young adulthood through later life. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family and marital therapy, narrative work, and motivational interviewing—all grounded in cultural sensitivity and practical, solution-focused strategies. Clients often describe me as genuine and compassionate, with a thoughtful, grounded presence. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to walk alongside you as you gain insight, manage challenges more effectively, and build lasting change.
