I’m Regina L. Isaias, LMFT, a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than fifteen years of experience helping adults navigate emotional, relational, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years learning about themselves. They understand their patterns, recognize their triggers, and often know why they’re struggling. Yet despite that insight, they may continue feeling stuck in cycles of burnout, relationship challenges, overwhelm, trauma responses, executive functioning difficulties, or self-doubt. Therapy is where insight becomes practice. Together, we’ll explore how your relationships, nervous system, attachment history, communication patterns, identity, culture, and everyday systems interact to shape emotional well-being. Rather than focusing only on reducing symptoms, we’ll work toward creating sustainable ways of living that support resilience, connection, and growth. My work integrates attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed care, neurodiversity-affirming practice, nervous system awareness, relational healing, strengths-based interventions, and practical systems thinking while honoring each person’s unique story, culture, strengths, and way of experiencing the world. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma recovery, burnout, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, therapy can become a place where healing isn’t simply about reducing suffering — it’s about creating a life and relationships that feel more connected, resilient, and aligned with who you want to become. I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout California through my private-pay practice. Sixty-minute sessions are available with out-of-network reimbursement support through Mentaya.
