At times in life, emotional pain, loss, or unexpected challenges can feel difficult to carry alone. My name is Regina Ventura, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 30 years of professional experience supporting adults experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional stress. I also work with individuals coping with chronic or serious medical conditions, including cancer and other health challenges, and the emotional impact these experiences can have on well-being, identity, and relationships.
