I provide trauma-informed telehealth therapy for adults in Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, Florida, and South Carolina navigating trauma, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, dissociation, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and borderline personality disorder. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Informed Care. My approach integrates attachment theory, nervous system education, somatic interventions, and practical skill-building. Rather than focusing on what is "wrong" with you, I work collaboratively to understand what happened, how your experiences shaped your patterns, and what your mind and body learned in the process. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and have experience working with trans clients, consensual non-monogamy, kink communities, sex workers, and people whose identities or relationships may not fit traditional expectations. My style is affirming, inquisitive, and direct. I believe healing happens through understanding, skill development, self-compassion, and meaningful change—not shame. You don't need to have the right words or a perfectly organized story to begin. Showing up as you are is enough.
