Reid is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents, taking a thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy using evidence-based models tailored to each client's goals. His clinical work includes EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), talk therapy, and play therapy. He has specialized training in trauma treatment (EMDR) and is trained through the Gottman Institute, helping couples navigate conflict, deepen intimacy, and build lasting relationships. Reid also works with clients facing addiction-related concerns and men navigating issues related to identity, relationships, career, and emotional health. Reid has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, using play therapy as a developmentally appropriate way to help younger clients express themselves, process difficult experiences, and build emotional skills. He especially enjoys working with boys, teens, and young men to address behavioral challenges, develop insight and resilience, and find healthier ways of navigating life.
