Introduction

I started my work as a therapist with a simple observation: many people are functioning well on the surface, but underneath feel stuck in patterns they cannot quite name or shift. That realization shaped the way I practice today. I am less focused on quick fixes and more interested in helping you understand what is actually driving your thoughts, emotions, and relationships so meaningful change can happen. I specialize in working with high-achieving women, couples, and adults navigating relationship patterns, communication challenges, intimacy concerns, and desire discrepancy. I also work with clients moving through life transitions where identity, direction, or connection feel unclear. My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and direct. Therapy with me is an active process. We look at patterns, not just symptoms, and we work to understand how those patterns formed and how to shift them in a way that feels sustainable. The goal is not just to help you cope, but to help you experience your relationships and your life differently—with more clarity, connection, and intention.
