I am a recent graduate of my Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology and I am currently beginning the journey towards licensure for both my APC and LPC license in the future. I have years of experience in the psychology field as I worked as an RBT in ABA therapy for nearly three years before and during my time in my master's program. During my program, my internship opportunities led many different experiences with a wide variety of clients from community mental health to school counseling to university counseling. In my nearly three years of internship experiences, I also was able to learn about assessment administration and the process of completing case conceptualizations and evidence-based diagnoses. However the main focus of my time in my program was to hone my own skills in counseling through psychotherapeutic techniques and thus developing my integrative approach that I have to this day. I practice with a foundation in person-centered interventions with supplemental techniques and theories from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and expressive arts therapies as well as developing skills in mindfulness, reality therapy and Gestalt techniques. Due to my extensive internship experience, I have the unique position software entering the workplace with years of experience with clients, case loads and case management.
