I understand how difficult change can be and the courage it takes to ask for help. The first step is being willing to try. If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or longing for something different, therapy is the place to slow down, reconnect with hope, and better understand yourself. Together, we can explore what is holding you back and create meaningful change. I believe you already have many of the strengths you need to create the life you want. My role is to help you feel safe enough to explore your experiences, challenge old patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I offer a warm, collaborative, and practical approach that is focused on hope, healing, and lasting change. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I work with both couples and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and concerns related to intimacy and sexuality. Over the past two years, I have gained experience in both private practice and telehealth, with training in The Gottman Institute methods, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and sex therapy. Outside of therapy, I am a new mom to a baby girl, a photographer, and true crime junkie. I love to travel and enjoy all things outdoors!
