Introduction

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, working through the effects of trauma, facing a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern completing my graduate degree at Eastern Oregon University, I provide counseling under the supervision of a licensed clinician. I work with young adults & adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, trauma, and women's issues. My goal is to create a welcoming and collaborative environment where you can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. I strive to build a trusting therapeutic relationship through empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you while honoring your unique experiences, values, and goals. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify patterns of thinking that may be contributing to emotional distress and to develop practical tools for managing life's challenges. When appropriate, I integrate mindfulness practices to help cultivate greater self-awareness, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm in the midst of life's demands. I believe that while our experiences shape us, they do not define us. Every person has the capacity for resilience, healing, and growth. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths, deepen your self-understanding, and create a life that reflects your values and aspirations. It would be a privilege to support you as you take this next step toward healing, growth, and living a more fulfilling life.
